Located directly on the beach, Casabianca Residence rises in Casabianca di Fermo, in the Marche region. An ideal destination for all who wish to enjoy a holiday with their family, soulmate or friends and benefit from the proximity to the sea within a comfortable and relaxing natural setting.
Guests can choose between seaside bungalows and apartments a few steps from the Fermo Coast’s beauties. The masonry bungalows enjoy a privileged and front-row location by the sea only 20 meters from the beach without any road crossing in between. These units can host up to 4 persons and are fitted with independent entrance, private furnished garden, kitchenette, tv, bathroom with shower and parking. We freely provide bed linen and towels as well as a parasol and beach loungers. Comfort Bungalows also feature air conditioning. Alternatively, guests may choose to stay in one or two-room apartments able to accommodate between 2 and 4 persons enjoying a second-row location by the sea. These units come with independent entrance, tv, air conditioning, private bathroom with shower and hairdryer, an equipped kitchenette, minibar, veranda, free linen, parasol and beach loungers and parking.
Casabianca Residence enjoys a location unique in its kind as it lies directly by the seashore of the Fermo’s coast, awarded the prestigious Blue Flag. Its slightly sloping sea bed and the absence of road crossings to get to the beach makes our destination highly appreciated by families with kids. Next to the free beach opposite the units is a paid private beach featuring a partially sandy coastline.
