Description of the facility
The resort, situated in a large flat area 1385 m above sea level, is near to the town centre and the Gressoney ski lift facilities or the Monterosa Ski complex.
It is open all year round and can accommodate winter sports aficionados (who will find lots of possibilities to have fun: from carving to snowboarding, telemark to freeride, cross-country skiing to ice skating, winter climbing to walking with snowshoes) as well as enthusiasts of trekking at all levels and high altitude ascensions, going as far up as the highest refuges in Valle d'Aosta and Europe in the summer season.
The chalets all have underfloor heating and were built using climate-controlled house building techniques, for maximum energy efficiency.
The solar panels installed on the roofs also contribute and are perfectly in line with the philosophy of respecting the environment and prudent use of resources.
Each unit has a veranda for eating al fresco in the summer, a living room with a compact kitchen equipped with a microwave oven, a dishwasher and washing machine, a table with 6 chairs and a double sofa-bed, a bedroom with a double bed and fold-away bunk beds, a 5 door wardrobe and a bathroom with ante-bathroom.
The camping area has 80 pitches for annual or seasonal guests and 15 pitches for camper vans/towing caravans and a green space for tents in summer.
Each pitch has a hook-up for electricity.
The facilitations are: games room, table tennis, table football, tv room with home theatre, a solarium, play area for children, soccer and volleyball fields, a bar, a gazebo and a wellbeing centre.
