The Camping Maremma Sans Souci overlooks the beautiful sea of the Maremma Toscana and the Castiglione della Pescaia is just 2 km away. Immersed in a centuries-old pine forest and offering numerous types of accommodation, it is the perfect destination for anyone who seeks to spend a holiday in close contact with nature along with their family, as a couple or with friends.

Shady pitches for tents, campers and caravans are available to guests, naturally enclosed to guarantee maximum privacy. Satellite TV dishes, in some cases, and electric connection are provided and the pitches are served by sanitary facilities with warm showers. Alternatively, for those who want to combine freedom with comfort, we offer Cottages, Mobile Homes and Glamping solutions. The wooden cottages can accommodate up to 5 people and are equipped with one or two bedrooms, bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and furnished veranda. The Maison Mobile Homes accommodate up to 6/7 people and are equipped with air conditioning, two or three bedrooms, two bathrooms, TV, fully equipped kitchen and a large furnished veranda. Adventurous and fun are the Glamping tents, unique accommodations, simple but extremely comfortable. Among them are the new Safari Lodge Tent, the Country Lodge Tent and the Mini Lodge Tent. Able to accommodate up to 6 people, they have a kitchenette and in some cases a bathroom with shower. We also rent caravans with kitchenette, fridge and veranda and mobile homes for people with reduced mobility.

Inside Camping Maremma Sans Souci there is an excellent restaurant offering traditional Tuscan dishes based on meat and fish; the Neapolitan pizza is also excellent. Take-away, half board and full board services are possible.
The beach and sports of the sea

The beach can be easily reached on foot and is distinguished by its sandy coastline and crystal-clear waters. It has been awarded several times with the prestigious Blue Flag as well as the Green Flag, which recognizes places best suited for children, the campsite's beach is partly equipped and partly free and offers guests a windsurfing, sup, sailing, wing and kayak school and a bar.

The following services complete the offer of Camping Sans Souci: in July and August entertainment for children and cinema under the stars, laundry area with coin-operated washing machines and dryers, camper service, minimarket and bazaar, bicycle rental with the possibility of excursions, windsurfing school, sup, kayak, sailing and wing, excursions trekking with certified guide, WIFI, paid medical assistance on request.

    Cottage and Rent- Caravans are at guest’s disposal from 4:00 pm. on arrival day and have to be left before 10 a.m. on departure day.
  • What is the cancellation policy?
    Cancelling has to be made by ordinary or electronic post. For notice arriving before the 60th day before arrival day, 90% of the deposit will be returned; between the 59th and the 30th day, 50% of the deposit will be returned. After the 29th day, no deposit will be returned. No reduction for later arrivals or former departures as booked. In case of cancellation by rules, deposit will be returned within November the 30th.
