Camping Principina is located in the heart of the Tuscan Maremma in a lush pine forest that extends to a crystal-clear sea. Relaunched under a new management in March 2015, it has made the concept of hospitality its main feature. The campsite is constantly evolving to provide its guests with more up-to-date services. Its strategic location amidst nature and close the attractions makes it a fantastic starting point for visiting the Maremma, a land steeped in abundant resources.

The 450 available pitches are of different sizes: they range from 50 to 140 m² and are all equipped with electricity columns. They are served by five sanitary facilities fitted with toilets, hot showers, washbasins and washtubs for linen and dishes. In each block, there is a service of emptying for chemical toilets. There are also services for disabled people.

Camping Principina also offers various types of lodging for those who are looking for an outdoor holiday but wish a maximum of comfort as well. The provided structures range from the brand new mobile homes with bathroom and fully stocked kitchen to the caravans with veranda, from the house tents to the new glamping tents Mini Lodge and Safari Comfort. The mobile homes and tents can host up to a maximum of 6 people, while the caravans and glamping tents host a maximum of 4. All structures have a fully equipped kitchenette and outdoor areas with gazebo, table and chairs. Those lodgings without private bathrooms are always just a few meters from a common sanitary facility.
Animation and sport

From June to September an animation staff will cheer up your days and those of your children with daytime activities and evening shows where you too will often be the main attraction. There are many sporting activities to be enjoyed thanks to the presence of a mini golf course, a multi-purpose field, two bocce courts, a beach volleyball court and a basketball court on the beach. It is also possible to rent bicycles.
The beach

The wide sandy beach of Principina is located about 1 km from the campsite, and can be reached via a cycle path through the pine forest, which is also very safe for children. It is partly free and partly covered by a bathing establishment that has an agreement with the campsite and offers beach service and refreshments.

During the winter period, a storage service is available on the pitch with preferential prices for seasonal customers. It is possible to enter into attractive seasonal contracts that will allow you to fully enjoy the summer at sea.
