The apartments: comfort on holiday
Guests have access to 230 apartments that are divided into three types: classic, premium and those accessible for those with mobility impairments. Able to accommodate up to 6 people they are all fitted with air conditioning, parking, TV, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, sleeping area, furnished veranda with a small garden.
The beach and the environs
The beach is only a 6-minute walk away and the village has an agreement with the Pratonieri bathing establishment, where it is possible to rent beach umbrellas and sunbeds. The Gulf of Follonica offers beaches of fine sand with gently sloping seabed, ideal for bathing children. In the surrounding area, and not to be missed, are the beaches of Carbonifera, Torre Mozza, La Polveriera, Cala Martina, Cala Violina and Cala Civette.
Services for families
For those who have very young children, the MareSi Village offers bed rails, cots and high chairs for the apartments. For children starting at 4 years and up there is the Mini Club, plus recreational activities, sports and games that are organized by the animation team, there is also a large playground where children are free to have fun.
The pools and animation: fun for old and young
The heart of the village is the swimming pool area, with a pool for adults, a children's pool and a large furnished sun terrace. It is here that the Zumba and aqua gym lessons take place next to many recreational activities that characterize the life of the village. The animation staff also organizes evening shows, tournaments and much more throughout the day, for a holiday where boredom is banished and where everyone has a good time.
Gastronomy: Tuscany on the plate
For breakfast, lunch and dinner, we offer local products, traditional recipes, but also the best Italian dishes served as a buffet or a la carte. Alternatives are also available for guests suffering from specific food intolerances.
Services: sports and bike rental
The offer is completed by the following services: large relaxation and leisure areas, games room, TV room, meeting room, table tennis, tennis court and five-a-side football field with night lighting, and bocce. It is a bike-friendly structure with bike rental.
Dogs are Welcome!
4-legged friends are always welcome at the MareSi Village, they have access to designated areas both in the restaurant and by the swimming pool.
A new walking area has also been created in the village where dogs are free to run without leash and without danger. Nearby there is a gazebo equipped with benches and a fountain where, in addition to quenching the thirst of your animal friends, you can also wash them.
