We inform you that the deposit will be fully refunded if the cancellation of the reservation is communicated within 14 days of the arrival date.
However, for reasons related to the Covid-19 emergency and proven by appropriate medical documents, the cancellation can be made even after this deadline, provided it is before the arrival date.
