Thanks to its small size and the services it offers, it is the perfect choice for families with children. They will find everything they need to spend their holidays in contact with nature, plus relaxation, fun and safety.

Where camping turns into a fairytale adventure! Located in a natural maze under the dense, ancient pine forest next to the Osa coast beach, the pitches of the Gitavillage Il Gabbiano come in various sizes, all welcoming and shaded, centrally-located and a stone's throw from the bar-restaurant and minimarket. Amid paths and dunes the campground turns into a game for young and old, the colours of nature, the paintings and the proximity to the beach stimulate the imagination and you will instantly feel as if you are Peter Pan. Welcome to Neverland!

For those who want maximum comfort, the Gitavillage Il Gabbiano offers a wide range of accommodation alternatives. The Chalets are located close to the sea, accommodate 4 people and are equipped with kitchenette, bathroom with shower, air conditioning, TV and furnished veranda. The Lodges accommodate up to 2+1 persons, are built with great attention to design and functionality, and are equipped with air conditioning, refrigerator, private bathroom with shower and hairdryer, and furnished veranda. And for those seeking the optimal mix of comfort and contact with nature, the gitavillage offers the new Coco Sweet tents, for 4 people, equipped with two bedrooms, fridge, fan and furnished veranda.
POOL AND BEACH

The tourist resort looks out on a fine sand beach that slopes gently, making entry into the sea easy and also suitable for children. Umbrellas and sunbeds may be rented on the shore of a clear and uncontaminated sea, protected by the Baia di Talamone and the Argentario promontory. There is also a floating platform for diving and playing with friends and a net for playing volleyball. Canoes and pedalos are available for sea excursions.

The elegant beach-style swimming pool is nestled in the breath taking setting of the picturesque Mediterranean pine forest. It benefits from both the warm winds and the sea breeze which together make for a fresh and uncontaminated atmosphere. Enjoy a refreshing swim or a dip in the whirlpool before relaxing on the sun loungers by the pool with your favorite book or a bowl of fresh fruit.

  • When should visitors check in and out for the pitches?
    For pitches, check-in is from 12 noon to 1pm and then from 3.30pm to 5pm. Check-out is before 12 noon.
