The Camping Village is set in a natural oasis where nature grows luxuriantly in the beautiful Maremma. The area is a mix of history and archaeology that speaks of the past Etruscan civilisation and the timeless charm of medieval villages. At Tuscia Tirrenica you can treat yourself to a totally relaxing holiday in bungalows, cottages, mobile homes and deluxe accommodation, or you can set up your campers and tents on the dedicated pitches shaded by maritime pines.

The property offers different accommodations that are perfectly adapted to the needs of its guests. Those who love nature and have campers, caravans or tents, can settle down on spacious pitches mainly shaded by the pine forest, equipped with electric connections, and parking for a car. The bungalows are dwellings that can accommodate up to 5 people with large rooms and located near the beach, ideal for families with small children. The cottages are made of wood and are marked by their pastel colours. They consist of a double bedroom, a bedroom with a bunk bed, a kitchenette, a bathroom with shower cubicle and a veranda with table and chairs (beach service included). Finally, there are the luxurious deluxe accommodations with private Jacuzzi on the veranda and two bathrooms. Water, electricity and gas included.

Inside the campsite you will find the restaurant “La Grancevola”, where you can enjoy traditional Italian dishes, paying attention to the quality of the ingredients. Simple and tasty menus based on local seafood, without ever foregoing the delicious pizza. Variations can be made for guests with varying dietary requirements. For those staying at the hotel, full board or half board service is available.

For a truly relaxing family holiday, parents need to be totally at ease while their children can play safely and make friends with other children. Tuscia Tirrenica offers three-bedroom accommodation for up to 6 people, a dedicated children's menu in the restaurant and gates to keep them under control.

The sandy beach is accessible directly from the camping village and is equipped with umbrellas and sun loungers. Various activities are organised by the staff for young and old, always under the watchful eye of the lifeguard. There are also plenty of sports and courts available to play on: basketball, skating, beach tennis, beach volleyball, bocce, table tennis, tennis, five-a-side football and beach soccer. In the village, there are also two beautiful pools with different depths, where you can have fun and do water aerobics courses.

  • What is the cancellation policy?
    Terms and conditions To confirm a reservation, a down payment of the 30% of the total amount is required. Deadline and payment methods are shown in the booking confirmation. The balance is required at the check-in. - There?s no refund in case of cancellation before the arrival. It is possible to use the down payment if you modify the dates of your stay (in the same year and based on availability) within 15 days before the arrival date. In case of a Covid-19 lockdown, the value of the down payment is converted in a voucher valid until 2023. This is a nominal voucher that can?t be subdivided. - There?s no refund in case of interruption of the stay. There?s no refund in case of controversy about the stay by the clients.
